Return & Exchange
At Blithe & Merry, we strive to delight customers with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for some reason, we will be glad to assist you in the exchange/return of your purchase.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return/exchange request within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase, taking note of the following:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, free of damage, stains and fragrances.
- Merchandise must be in its original jewellery bag and gift box, with tags and any protective film intact.
- Merchandise must reach us within 14 calendar days and 21 calendar days from date of receipt for customers based in Singapore and overseas respectively.
- Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- The customer is to bear the shipping costs of returning the product and of receiving an exchanged product. Please use a trackable and insured shipping service as Blithe & Merry will not be responsible for any lost returned items without confirmation of delivery to us.
- Returns that are successfully processed will be refunded via Blithe & Merry's Wallet Credits directly into your customer account; should the item you wish to exchange be out of stock, you will also be refunded the cost of the item via Blithe & Merry's Wallet Credits. All Wallet Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of refund; any Credits that are not used within this timeframe will be forfeited after the 90 days.
- Shipping, taxes and duties are not refundable.
We are more than happy to accept exchange/returns as long as the merchandise reach us in good condition, in their original state, and the above conditions are fulfilled. In an unlikely event that the product is returned to us in a less than ideal condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange/return.
